The China Fabless Survey found that the 40-nm node is the most common among Chinese analog chip companies, while the 65- and 55-nm nodes commonly used in traditional analog chips continue to have a large market.中国无晶圆厂调查发现,40纳米节点是中国模拟芯片公司中最常见的节点,而传统模拟芯片中常用的65纳米节点和55纳米节点继续拥有庞大的市场。 About 11% of respondents indicated that they were designing analog at the 28-nm node.大约11%的受访者表示他们正在28纳米节点上设计模拟。
